Welcome to the Beer League Gear sportsplex, where we're all about scoring major style points while keeping the game-day spirit alive. Before you rush the field, court, or rink with your shopping cart, let's huddle up for the playbook on our Return & Refund Policy. We're keeping it as chill as a halftime show, with more high-fives than a championship win.

The "Return It Like a Pro" Playbook 🔄

Scored some merch that's not quite hitting the home run you expected? Sometimes, humans be humans and mistakes happen. We'll do our best to make it right. Here's how to make a pro-level return:

  • Contact our team within 30 days of your touchdown dance (a.k.a. delivery date).
  • Take a picture of the defect and shoot it our way. 
  • Make sure the gear is as untouched as a fresh sheet of ice – unworn, unwashed, and ready for another round.
  • Pack it up like it's the first round draft pick, in its original packaging.

The "Who's on the Hook?" Breakdown 🏒

  • If we sent you something that's more mixed up than a trick play, we'll cover the shipping – consider it our bad.
  • If you're just not feeling the vibe, like a golfer with the yips, you'll need to cover the shipping back to our dugout.

The "Home Team Return Address" Roster 🏠

Returns need to be sent back to the place they came from. You'll find that on your receipt.

  • If you're in the Great White North, send your returns skating back to our Mississauga spot.
  • For our friends south of the border, Charlotte's your quarterback for returns.

    The "Foul Ball" Address Policy 🚩

    • Got your address wrong? It happens to the best of us, like a fumbled football. We'll help you recover it, but the shipping's on your dime, like buying a round for the team after a dropped pass.

    The "Extra Innings" for Unclaimed Gear ⏱️

    • Leave your gear unclaimed and it'll be benched longer than a backup after a major league blunder. After 30 days, it'll be drafted by a charity team, where it can go for the MVP in giving back.

    The "Coach's Hotline" for Questions ✍🏻

    • Need to run a play by us or just want to talk shop about last night's buzzer-beater? Contact us. We're on standby like a relief pitcher in the bottom of the ninth.
